Orders are usually shipped within 1-3 days from purchase and may be extended to 3-5 days during busy periods. This does not include shipping times.
Handling times for bespoke and large items may be longer and this will be communicated with you prior.
Prints of the month are shipped out the week beginning the following month.

FREE UK delivery on everything.
Orders over £20 are delivered via Royal Mail First Class Signed - delivered within 1-3 working days.
Smaller items are usually dispatched With in two days.
For larger items we may contact you to arrange a preferred delivery date. Usually dispatched between 1 and 7 days of purchase.
Discreet and plain packaging.

EU delivery, 3-10 working days.

Bespoke and large items: We will contact you regarding postage costs after receiving a courier quote. A preliminary postage charge may be added during the online checkout process.
All international orders are subject to local taxes, clearance by customs and import charges. Please consider this before purchase. UK VAT is not charged upon checkout.

Items may be returned within 14 days of receipt if they are in an unused, unopened and saleable condition. We are unable to accept returns of earrings, items of a personal nature and bespoke purchases.

We recommend using a tracked delivery service as we are unable to process exchanges or refunds if items are lost in transit.
We are unable to reimburse or refund delivery costs of purchases and returns.
Digital download purchases cannot be returned or refunded.

Delivery of bespoke purchases are subject to longer lead times than stated above. These items are nonrefundable and nonexchangeable.
